Seafood Fruits De Mer:

• Prepared Lobster, Dressed Crab, Large Crevettes, Cockles, Mussels (Cooked in White Wine, Thyme, Shallots), Oysters, Garlic Mayo from The Garlic Farm, Freshly Baked Sourdough, Farmhouse Butter, a Bottle of New Forest Fizz, a Bottle of New Forest White Wine. This will come fully prepared (other than the oysters), with lobster tools, lemons, on ice all ready to tuck into. 

Cheese & Charcuterie:

• A fabulous mix of around 7 local cheeses from Lyburn Farm in The New Forest, The Isle of Wight Cheese Co, and The Book & Bucket Cheese Company, made from sheep, cows, and goats from around The New Forest. We would provide a mix of soft, hard, blue and goat which will vary according to seasons and availability but are all carefully chosen. We would provide locally made Chutney from Pig 'n' Pickles, Forest Foodie Chilli Relish, Cheese Biscuits, all the trimmings (grapes, celery etc.), as well as New Forest Charcuterie. This will again depend on curing times as to exact cuts but generally lomo, coppa, bresaola and whole venison chorizo or red wine salami. Garlic Stuffed Olives from The Garlic Farm, Fresh Sourdough, and a bottle of port. 


• A Mixture of homemade sarnies including smoked salmon with a dill and lemon creme fraiche, smoked ham and rocket, mature cheddar and local pickle, egg & bacon mayo, Forest Foodie smoked paprika & garlic Sausage Roll, Forest Foodie Scones with local jam and clotted cream, Forest Foodie Chocolate Fridge Cake, Kettle Chips, Fentimans soft drinks.

Surf & Turf:

• Hampshire Fillet of Beef, 1/2 Lobster per person, Large Crevettes, Garlic Mayo from The Garlic Farm, Bearnaise Sauce, Fresh Sourdough & Farmhouse Butter, Watercress Salad, paired with two bottles of red wine.
