We would provide a mix of soft, hard, blue and goat which will vary according to seasons and availability but are all carefully chosen. We would provide locally made Chutney from Pig 'n' Pickles, Forest Foodie Chilli Relish, Cheese Biscuits, all the trimmings (grapes, celery etc.), as well as New Forest Charcuterie. This will again depend on curing times as to exact cuts but generally lomo, coppa, bresaola and whole venison chorizo or red wine salami.
